Psychological Therapy

We are an Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen psychology service for clients within the region.  Our independent practice is located in Inverurie.  Aberdeenshire Clinical Psychology clinicians provide effective, evidence-based psychological therapies for  a range of emotional difficulties.  Following an initial assessment appointment we will suggest an individually tailored treatment plan and agree on a course of therapy including an estimate of the number of sessions required.  All clinicians are qualified to a minimum of Doctorate level and have many years of experience of providing psychological assessment and treatment within both NHS and Independent settings.

We are able to discuss your potential needs with you and answer any questions you may have about therapy prior to you booking an initial assessment in order to allow you decide if you wish to go ahead.  We accept self-referrals, referrals from GPs and other health professionals, referrals from rehabilitation companies and insurance/health providers.
